Originally from Kitchener- Waterloo in Canada, Lisa has over 20 years of experience in education across Asia, including South Korea, China, Hong Kong, and now Singapore. Her career began in South Korea as an EAL Instructor, working with students aged 4 and above in both private and public schools.
In Shanghai, China, Lisa transitioned to an Elementary homeroom teacher role in a bilingual classroom, teaching non-native speakers and overseeing the foreign teachers in her division. She later moved to Hong Kong, where she shifted her focus to Marketing and Admissions for Early Years at Kido (formerly Safari Kid), which caters to children from Infant Care to Kindergarten.
Lisa’s career advanced at Stamford American School Hong Kong, where she started as a Marketing Manager and eventually became the Director of Marketing and Admissions. In this role, she also managed Communications and launched Camp Asia in Hong Kong, overseeing everything from program design to pre-launch activities like website development, marketing, and operations.
A dedicated lifelong learner, Lisa holds a BA in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Marketing, and a Master of Applied Linguistics. She is also certified in Cambridge CELTA and Google Squared Online digital marketing.
