Allison Carr moved into the world of Education when joining AIS in early 2022 as our Director of Human Resources. With a background predominately in the Financial Services industry, Allison brings almost 25yrs worth of Recruitment and HR experience with her.

With a strong emphasis on breeding leadership coupled with harnessing a safe and inclusive environment, Allison hopes to continue to strengthen the sense of belonging throughout AIS by reducing attrition and cultivating a solid succession plan which keeps that family-feel AIS has grown over the years.
