Congratulations to our AIS 2023 Graduates

As we begin a new academic year, it’s with immense pride that we announce the outstanding achievements of our 2023 International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) & Higher School Certificate (HSC) graduating cohort. These globally recognised programs have moulded our students into well-rounded individuals with the skills and knowledge to thrive in their future academic endeavours.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP) Highlights

Our students have surpassed expectations, showcasing exceptional performance in their academic pursuits. The rigorous curriculum has prepared them for university challenges and instilled a passion for lifelong learning.

  • The average IB Score for our students is an impressive 33.1 out of 45, surpassing the global average of 29.06.
  • A stellar 8.5% of students achieved a remarkable 40+ IB points.
  • We’re proud to announce that 22 students were awarded a prestigious Bilingual Diploma.

 

Higher School Certificate (HSC) Triumphs

The HSC is a stepping stone to higher education, and our graduates have embraced this challenge with remarkable success. Let’s delve into the highlights of their achievements:

  • Average predicted ATAR of 78.10 for the 34 successful students
  • 12% of students achieved 90+ ATAR
  • 38% of students achieved 80+ ATAR
  • Over 11% of all results were the highest band, band 6
  • Students were recognised an amazing 21 times on the HSC merit list – representing 38% of the cohort. 

 

Combining the results of the whole cohort the average ATAR* score was 84.1. 

*ATAR stands for Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank. It is a number between zero and 99.95 that tells Universities a student’s position amongst their year group.
