Alumni

To ensure the safety of our community, we require all visitors to make an appointment with a staff member or teacher at least 7 days before arriving at the campus. If you would like to visit AIS, simply fill in this form and let us know who you would like to meet. We will link you up and arrange for your visit!

Our top priority is the safety and security of our students, faculty, and staff. With these policies and procedures, we can better track who is on campus, when, and for what purpose. We always love having alumni visit, as they are an integral part of our community!

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that alumni make an appointment in advance through our campus visit form. Visitors, including alumni, are not allowed to roam the campus unaccompanied. Therefore, an appointment with a faculty or staff member is required.

To prevent disruptions during the academic day, campus visits by alumni for the purpose of socialising with friends are not allowed. If alumni intend to meet with particular teachers or staff, it is advised that they make prior arrangements to schedule their visit.

At AIS, our facilities and amenities are in high demand from our students, parents, and staff who use them for various activities, such as sports and fitness classes. Additionally, we share the campus with Brighton College Singapore, which also utilises the facilities and track for its own programs.

Due to the high volume of usage, we are unable to accommodate alumni who wish to use these facilities. However, we do offer other ways for alumni to stay involved with the school, such as attending alumni events, volunteering, and supporting our programs.

We appreciate the enthusiasm of our alumni to stay connected with AIS and encourage them to explore other opportunities to engage with the school community. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are an alumni and have parents working at AIS, you can register the date of your visit with a family member who currently works at the school. This will help us ensure the safety and security of our community while allowing you to visit the campus more easily.

We encourage you to check in with the security staff at the main gate upon arrival and to bring a photo ID for identification purposes. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you are serving as a coach, advisor, or employee in any capacity, the hiring or sponsoring department should contact HR and/or the card office to determine if the alumni should have either a temporary card or staff card.

When you visit AIS, please remember to bring a photo ID with you for identification purposes. We look forward to welcoming you to our campus!

Upon arrival, all visitors must first check in with security at the Gate. If you have arranged to meet staff, please arrange to have them meet and pick you up at the agreed upon Gate. 

We kindly request that if you or anyone in your group has a fever, is feeling unwell, or experiencing symptoms of a respiratory illness such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, or difficulty breathing, please refrain from visiting the campus. By doing so, you will be helping to keep our community safe.

The school’s graduates have gone on to achieve great success in various fields, and many have attended some of the best universities in the world. AIS students are known for their academic excellence, and the school has a strong track record of preparing its students for university education in Singapore and overseas.
